Feb. 7, 2020 at 11:15 am: Had to catch my flight back from SFO to Europe within 3 hours, my rented car made problems ("engine warning"), the car took less and less gas at the highway. Mike and his office assistant quickly helped me contacting the rental company which promised to send help but with uncertain timing. At the same time Mike checked the car and solved the problem, just asked me to test the car around the block - solved. I got to SFO quite on time! - THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BOTH OF YOU HELPING ME OUT OF MY TIME TROUBLE - AND VERY MINDFUL AND ACCOMMODATING!
