No gouging, no unnecessary upselling. Sometimes we take a car in and if they find something additional wrong, it may need to be taken care of, that's a shop doing a thorough job, but many shops do this when it's not necessary for us as car owners. Mike is honest and a straight shooter, after being a sales/customer service and management professional for many years plus being a consumer too, I can tell when someone isn't honest.
