Feb. 7, 2020 at 11:15 am: Had to catch my flight back from SFO to Europe within 3 hours, my rented car made problems ("engine warning"), the car took less and less gas at the highway. Mike and his office assistant quickly helped me contacting the rental company which promised to send help but with uncertain timing. At the same time Mike checked the car and solved the problem, just asked me to test the car around the block - solved. I got to SFO quite on time! - THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BOTH OF YOU HELPING ME OUT OF MY TIME TROUBLE - AND VERY MINDFUL AND ACCOMMODATING! I have used Oliver Automotive consistently over the years for all my automotive work. They are local. I really like that they are not alarmists. I've gone in thinking I had a huge engine problem and he will call back in a couple of hours and say that it is a $38 part and not to worry about it and he will put it in. He will put in headlights and not charge for them. We have sent them lots of customers and they have been very pleased. He is a hard worker and he has a great old dog named Socket.
